Mallory Custom Contracting LLC was built on a simple idea: one name should cover everything a homeowner or property owner actually needs. The foundation goes back to 1974, when a family-owned pole building company first opened its doors in Michigan. That business has been passed down through generations, and the craftsmanship and work ethic that started it are still at the center of everything we do today.

Over the years, we kept getting asked to do more. Customers who hired us for a pole barn wanted to know if we could handle their roofing. Homeowners planning a garage asked about siding, concrete, and site prep in the same conversation. We already had the crews, the skills, and the experience. We just needed a name that matched the full scope of what we offer. That is why Mallory Custom Contracting LLC was formed.

Today we handle projects from the ground up and from the outside in. Our services include excavation and site preparation, shingle and metal roofing replacement, post frame construction, custom home building, concrete work, home additions, and siding replacement in vinyl, HardiBoard, metal, and board and batten. Whether you are planning a turnkey barndominium or replacing worn siding on an older home, we bring the same level of care to every job.
